D2.1 Generative AI education and training offerings and skills needs |
This deliverable is a report about current education and training offerings in the domain of AI with a special focus on generative AI. It will present in a comprehensive way relevant academic programs or courses of HEIs, training programs of VET providers and adult education centres, as well as internal training programs of enterprises at the domain of generative AI. The report will also present the skills needs at the domain of generative AI. |

D2.2 Generative AI competences map and emerging job profiles |
This deliverable is a report that describes the Generative AI competences map, as well as the “Generative AI Engineer” and “Prompt Engineer” emerging job profiles in accordance with ESCO. |

D2.3 Generative AI curricula for HE and VET |
This deliverable consists of the 2 generative AI curricula for HE and VET. For each course of the 2 curricula the following parameters will be defined:

D2.4 Training methodology |
This deliverable is the training methodology applied (a) to deliver the 2 curricula in order to ensure that learners are effectively engaged with the learning process, as well as (b) to assess the performance of the students. |

D2.5 Micro-credentials for the 2 curricula |
This deliverable consists of the micro-credentials designed and embedded into the HE and VET curricula. |

D3.1 Learning resources for HE and VET curricula |
This deliverable is a comprehensive set of Open Educational Resources designed for both Higher Education (HE) and Vocational Education and Training (VET) curricula. The resources include texts, short videos, and presentations aimed at equipping learners with essential knowledge and skills in generative AI technologies, as well as fostering resilience skills for workplace readiness. |

D3.3 Learning resources for resilience at workplace |
This deliverable consists of Open Educational Resources designed to develop resilience skills in the workplace. The materials, including texts, short videos, and presentations, focus on critical areas such as stress management, emotional regulation, adaptability, and self-reflection, empowering learners to thrive in dynamic and challenging work environments. |

D4.1 Digital Skills Passport |
This deliverable is the Digital Skills Passport for verifying the digital and horizontal skills of learners. |

D4.2 MOOC for training on generative AI |
This deliverable is the MOOC that will host self-paced asynchronous online courses for delivering the 2 curricula. Once developed the MOOC will be supported through the project lifecycle. |

D4.3 Virtual World for training on resilience at the workplace |
This deliverable is the Virtual World that will be used for piloting the online synchronous training on resilience at workplace. Once developed the Virtual World will be supported through the project lifecycle. |

D5.1 Teacher Handbook |
This deliverable is the Trainer Handbook that aims to support the trainers during the implementation of pilots. |

D5.2 Open call for participation in the pilots |
This deliverable is the open call for participation of individuals in the GenAISA pilots. |
|
D5.3 Report on GenAISA pilots |
This deliverable is a consolidated report about the implementation of the GenAISA pilots. It will discuss the piloting process, any challenges faced and how they have been addressed. Moreover, it will provide both quantitative (e.g. number of participants, number of enrolled students in each course, number of students completing each course) and qualitative data (profile of participants, satisfaction of participants from the pilots) about the implementation of the pilots. |

D6.1 Quality Assurance plan |
This deliverable concerns the quality assurance plan including the methodology and tools that will be utilized during the project to ensure that the project activities and results meet the expected quality and the needs of the relevant target groups. The plan will also define the roles and responsibilities of partners as detailed regarding quality assurance. |

D6.2 Risk register |
This deliverable is the project risk register. All risks associated with the implementation of the project and the production of results, will be identified, assessed, and controlled. The risk register will be reviewed at each transnational project meeting as well as once a risk arises. |

D6.3 Project evaluation plan |
This deliverable concerns the project evaluation plan that will identify the methodology and tools that will be utilized during the project to evaluate its results and impact. |

D6.4 Project external evaluation report |
This deliverable is a report about the evaluation of the project by an external expert. |

D7.1 Dissemination plan |
This deliverable is the project dissemination plan. It covers all the aspects of project dissemination aiming to effectively communicate the project’s key messages to the identified target groups and engage them with the project and its activities. The dissemination plan describes the methodology, channels and tools that will be exploited, the partners’ responsibilities for dissemination, the indicators utilized to measure the effectiveness of dissemination and the social media strategy. |

D7.2 Project website |
This is the official project website. It is one of the main tools that will be utilized from the beginning of the project for dissemination purposes. The project website provides information about the project aims and objectives, as well as the project consortium. Moreover, it provides information about the progress of the project and the main results produced. All the public project deliverables will be available through the project website. |

D7.3 Project promotional material |
This deliverable consists of a set of promotional material developed throughout the project lifetime: 6 newsletters, 3 press releases, 1 leaflet, 1 roll-up and 2 promotional videos, as well as project presentations at various events. |

D7.5 Exploitation and Sustainability Guide |
This deliverable is the project exploitation and sustainability guide. It describes how the project results can be exploited by relevant stakeholders and/or transferred in different contexts. Moreover, it defines different business models, funding options and instruments for the sustainability of project results after its end, as well as examines potential Intellectual Property Right issues. |
