GenAISA Project

Generative AI Skills Academy

FREE WORKSHOP • 4 JUNE 2026 • 18:00 CET

What happens when a prompt stops being a question and starts being a plan?

Join us live and watch a single sentence become a fully structured, executable project plan, built in real time by a prompt that turns into an AI agent.

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

A live demonstration, not a slide deck

The GenAISA project and Businessmap are jointly hosting a free 90-minute workshop for working professionals who want to understand what AI can do in a project context, not in theory, but in front of them, live.

You will watch Ivaylo (Ivo) Gueorguiev, course author and AI practitioner, take one project idea through a structured AI dialogue, generate a complete work breakdown structure, and deliver it directly into a Businessmap project board. The same kind of prompt that makes that happen is what the GenAISA Prompt Engineering course teaches you to write.

This is not a webinar about AI trends. It is a demonstration of a skill you can learn and use on Monday.

During the session

What you will learn

You will see and experience four things that most AI sessions never show you.

1

How a structured prompt works in practice

Not what a good prompt looks like in a slide, but what it produces when you run it live against a real project scenario.

2

How an AI moves from conversation to action

You will see the moment a prompt stops generating text and starts executing, populating a real project management tool with phases, tasks, subtasks, and dependencies.

3

The difference between a weak prompt and a structured one

You will try this yourself during the session and see immediately why structure changes the output.

4

Where AI can specifically support your work

After the demo, you will reflect on your own context and see those reflections processed in real time using the same technique you just watched.

Participants receive

What you will get

Attending the live workshop unlocks two things you cannot get anywhere else.

Early access to the GenAISA Prompt Engineering course

Exclusive to workshop participants

Early access opens on 4 June, the moment the session ends. In July 2026, when the GenAISA Academy opens to the public, you will also be able to book the remaining courses of the Generative AI Academy. Workshop participants get in first and get access to the full Academy ahead of everyone else.

The course is free. 24 hours across 6 modules, carrying an EQF Level 4 micro-credential. A prompt engineering course built specifically for working professionals in the European Union. No coding. No prior AI knowledge required.

Ivaylo (Ivo) Gueorguiev

AI Practitioner & Educator • Program Manager • Agile Coach

Ivo does two things that are usually kept separate, and he does them together. For more than 20 years, he has worked as a program manager and agile coach, advising over 45 organisations, from international banks and multinationals to UNDP and government bodies, on how to manage transformation, measure outcomes, and build teams that deliver. He remains active in management consultancy and agile coaching today.

Alongside that work, he has developed a parallel practice as an AI practitioner, not as a technologist, but as someone who brings AI into the same operational context in which he has always worked. Certified in both generative AI and management disciplines, he uses AI-powered tools for program and project environments and teaches others to do the same.

He is the author of the GenAISA Prompt Engineering course and a lecturer at an AMBA-accredited program at Sofia University. He has trained over 2,700 professionals from more than 280 organisations.

“The people who use AI well are not developers. They are the people who already know what outcome they need.”

One sentence. Watch what it becomes.
