From Curriculum to Practice: Explore the GenAISA Toolkit for Educators and Trainers

How can educators turn the growing demand for generative AI skills into meaningful learning experiences?

The Generative AI Skills Academy (GenAISA) invites trainers, educators, facilitators and teaching staff to its second European workshop, taking place online on 28 October 2026 as part of the event Driving AI Adoption through the Pact for Skills and Beyond: From Local Action to European Impact.

Co-organised in collaboration with the Digital Large-Scale Partnership (Digital LSP) under the Pact for Skills and the North Holland Regional Skills Partnership, the event is an official partner event of the European AI Innovation Month 2026. It brings together regional and European perspectives on strengthening AI skills and supporting AI adoption.

How can educators turn growing interest in generative AI into meaningful learning experiences? This workshop introduces GenAISA’s training resources and explores how to adapt them to different teaching contexts and learner needs. Whether you are designing a new course, refreshing an existing programme or taking your first steps in teaching generative AI, discover resources and approaches to help you shape your teaching.

The session brings together three interconnected components:

  • Curriculum — shape the learning journey: Discover the content and competences covered by GenAISA’s training pathways and explore where they fit within your courses and programmes.
  • Digital learning environments — bring learning to life: Explore the online spaces that connect learners with training resources and support course delivery.
  • Certificates — make achievement visible: Learn how certificates recognise learning achievements and support learners as they progress.

Together, these components provide a foundation for teaching generative AI—connecting what learners need to know with opportunities to learn, practise and demonstrate their skills.

Join us to explore how GenAISA resources can support your teaching and help more learners develop the skills to work with generative AI.
