GenAISA на PCI 2026: Представяне на иновации в областта на изкуствения интелект в Атина

The GenAISA project is set to take a significant step into the academic and professional spotlight this spring. We are pleased to announce our participation in the 29th Pan-Hellenic Conference on Progress in Computing and Informatics (PCI 2026), which will be held in Athens, Greece, from 24 to 26 April 2026.

Hosted at the University of West Attica, PCI 2026 is a premier forum for researchers and practitioners to share advancements in computing. For GenAISA, this represents a vital opportunity to validate our findings and engage with the wider scientific community.

Special Session: AI for Disruptive Practices

Our leading partner, the University of Patras, is organising a dedicated special session titled:

“AI for disruptive professional and educational practices.”

This session aligns perfectly with the core mission of GenAISA. It will explore the rapidly evolving landscape of AI skills, specifically focusing on how Generative AI is reshaping professional roles and educational methodologies. Key areas of discussion will include:

  • Identifying gaps and mismatches in the current AI skills supply.
  • The emergence of new occupational profiles driven by AI adoption.
  • Strategies for reskilling and upskilling in the age of GenAI.
  • The use of AI for teaching and learning, from schools to Higher Education.

Presenting GenAISA’s First Results

The consortium will be actively contributing to the session by presenting two seminal papers based on our work over the past year:

  1. The GenAI Training Supply: An analysis of current educational offerings across Europe.
  2. The GenAI Competences Map: A comprehensive framework defining the skills required for the next generation of AI-driven roles.

Presenting these results at a conference whose proceedings are published by ACM (Association for Computing Machinery) ensures that GenAISA’s outputs reach a global audience of experts and policy-makers.
