Identify skill gaps and define emerging job profiles such as “Generative AI Engineer” and “Prompt Engineer,” aligning with the ESCO framework.

Develop Innovative Curricula

Design two comprehensive curricula: one for higher education to focus on AI solution design, and another for vocational training to ensure safe, ethical, and effective use of AI tools.

Create Learning Resources

Produce over 100 Open Educational Resources, including interactive videos, presentations, and documents, tailored for AI education.

Implement Cutting-Edge Platforms

Launch a MOOC and an interactive virtual world platform to enhance learning experiences and build resilience skills.

Certify Skills and Career Pathways

Integrate micro-credentials for certifying achievements and provide learners with a Digital Skills Passport to map career paths.

Pilot, Evaluate, and Disseminate

Pilot the curricula with 200 participants, measure the impact on stakeholders, and ensure the sustainability of results through workshops, events, and digital channels.
