From Prompts to AI Agents – Workshop Recap
From Prompts
to AI Agents
The workshop was jointly organised by GenAISA and Businessmap. Over 100 professionals joined us live to watch one sentence become a fully executable project plan, built in real time by a prompt that turns into an AI agent.

The full workshop recording is available below. You will see the live demo, the Prompt Spine framework, and the moment a prompt stops generating text and starts acting as an AI agent in a real project management tool.
What the workshop covered
GenAISA project presentation
The workshop included a presentation of the GenAISA Erasmus+ project covering its objectives, the partner consortium, target groups and benefits, and expected deliverables, including the free MOOC platform and the Prompt Engineering course launching in July 2026.
The Prompt Spine
A five-element framework — Role, Task, Context, Rules, Output Format — that turns a vague request into a prompt that produces something you can actually use.
Live demo: one sentence to a full plan
A single sentence was typed into Claude. Fifteen minutes later: a structured project plan with phases, tasks, deadlines, and dependencies, built directly in Businessmap.
How a prompt becomes an AI agent
Participants saw the exact moment an AI stops generating text and starts executing actions in an external tool.
The root prompt explained
The full root prompt was broken down element by element, showing how plain language drove the entire workflow.
Context in two directions
The prompt was enriched with organisational workflow and project policy to generate output aligned with real operational processes.
MCP: AI connected to your tools
Participants saw how Claude and Businessmap communicate through the Model Context Protocol to populate real project boards.
The feedback was excellent.
Participants completed an anonymous feedback form after the workshop. The responses were consistently positive, especially regarding the practical demonstrations and real-world applications.
“I found the practical demonstration the most valuable. I managed to learn the most from it.”
“Fantastic subject, very powerful and useful. Thanks for sharing with everyone.”
“Practical, technical, and actionable — exactly what you would like from a workshop like this.”
“It blew my mind. I connected Claude to Businessmap’s MCP the very next day.”
